Some working days don't need a hotel ballroom. Two restored buildings a few doors apart on Colorado's longest historic Main Street, with rooms quiet enough for a board and warm enough for a conversation. We'll have the lights on, the kitchen open, and lunch from down the street if it helps the day.

Harrison Building
A short walk west of Apex and just next door to Hotel St. Cloud, still carrying the name of the family who built it. Original woodwork, a kitchen on the floor, and two conference rooms.

Apex has a communal kitchen and dining table. Harrison has a kitchen on the floor. Both are yours for the day.

A screen and HDMI in every room. Bring a laptop; we'll keep the adapters simple.
Coffee & catering
A morning break or lunch from 1887 and Fremont Provisions down the street. Never added until you say yes.
Day rates
Two hours, a morning, or the whole day.
A two-hour minimum keeps the day from feeling rushed. Half day is 8–12 or 1–5. Full day is 8–5. We're open 7am to 6pm Mountain time, so there's room on either side to settle in.
